
Me and the two other developers had been using the new 10.2 instance for test/dev, but I would prefer to have the test instance in the same version as prod (less confusing for the new guy, and better in general). I recently had a new employee start work, so I need to have him working in a test environment only. I am in the process of getting Forms/Reports 11g configured, but in the meantime: When I tried to upgrade the DB to 10.2 (on a solaris x86), I discovered that our 6i Forms/Reports applications (yeah, I know) did not run cleanly. We are running 9.2.0.7 on Solaris 64bit our production instance (still). Since this somewhat crusty thread WAS revived, I'll throw another log on the fire: Oh I am so sure that I am going to be on the losing end :-).
